Brandon Bjerre

  • Brandon is a footwear designer with a true passion for design and athletics. He spent the first part of his youth in Europe but returned to graduate High School in Maryland, a place he considers home. Having officially been in the industry for seven years, Brandon has been drawing shoes in his notebooks since the age of 6. He also grew up playing basketball which eventually led to him playing at the collegiate and professional (overseas) level. As the athletics chapter began to close, he began to take design seriously when he was introduced to D’wayne Edwards and the Pensole Footwear Academy. He eventually attended Pensole which provided the confidence he needed to develop his portfolio and expand his design skillset. Brandon has since worked with brands and organizations such as Kenneth Cole, Steve Madden, and Puma. Brandon considers himself a music fanatic and keeps his creative life balanced through his meditative practice.

Britney Hand

  • Britney is a footwear/accessories designer and all-around creative. She was born in Philadelphia, pa. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Temple University and an associate's degree in accessories design from Fashion Institute of Technology. She has experience with brands like Calvin Klein and Philadelphia Artelier, Wayne Edwards Workshop. Her hobbies include running, thrifting, and exploring nature.

Bri Labossiere

  • As a mission-driven strategist and curator of resources, Bri has years of active experience as a producer and marketer; collaborating with brands, institutions, and communities to create culturally impactful products, campaigns and initiatives, both experiential and digital. She specializes in community development, strategic marketing, cultural programming and partnerships. Bri is keen to the details and manages projects and teams that build business and grow brands.

Jeffrey A. Henderson

  • Jeffrey founded AndThem after 15 years in Nike Design - Sportswear, Running, Basketball, Kids and the Tokyo Design Studio. AndThem was an opportunity to build on creative problem solving beyond footwear design while providing experiences to a broader group of talented designers. With a strong passion for sport, fashion, education and engineering, Jeffrey has been able to stay curious with board positions at Knoll and the Business of Sports School.

Shaughna-Kay Todd

  • SKT is an apparel and product designer who loves learning about multiple categories of design. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has 4 years of experience in design in footwear, men’s and women’s apparel, and packaging design. She has worked with a range of clients from beauty and wellness, to fashion. Not only does she specialize in creative design but also in creative direction with proficiency in graphic design. She is a contributing English writer and editor for French publication Naïfs Magazine. Her hobbies include nail art and design, running and pilates, and intensively looking artful fashion creations.

Sara Jaramillo

  • Sara is a Colombian fashion and footwear designer with over a decade of experience in the luxury and athletic sectors in the US and Italy. She began her journey in Milan, graduating in Footwear Design from Domus Academy in 2013. Sara's career took off in New York with Proenza Schouler before joining YEEZY in 2014, where she significantly contributed to Seasons 1 through 6. Since late 2017, she has worked as a creative director, designer and consultant for And Them. Passionate about art, she consistently incorporates it into her design and creative process.
